    First let me say that so far this plugin has the most professional appearance and options. The “User Ratings” option was really the main component that convinced me to purchase your product, however, that portion of the plugin does not seem to function.

    My site utilizes the Gantry Template Framework and Theme, there are several plugins that MUST be used in-order for the whole system to work, so deactivating them is not an option for me.

    I will send you an email with temporary login credentials so you may take a look.

    I did try the switch themes to Twenty twelve and still the “User Ratings” option did not work.

    Please be advised that my website is NSFW/adult in nature.

    I certainly hope we can resolve the issue so that I can use all of the functions your plugin provides.

    Hi Jay, I’ve already replied to you on the same day, and I got an automated reply! Looks like you haven’t got my respond, so I will copy it below:

    The conflict is caused by the Theme you are using. When you switched to the default theme, (probably) you didn’t see the rating or sliders because you were logged in (Author can’t rate his/her own review). I’ve done a quick test and it works with default theme, at least we know that the conflict is not caused by any of the plugins.

    I think I know what’s going on, however Granty uses intensive scripts, I need FTP access to take a closer look (or at least send me the whole Theme package to test it on my test site), then let you know my recommendations.

    I must apologize for my late response. i have had to deal with some family issues and wasn’t able to get back to you.

    Right now I have changed themes and frameworks and will let you know what happens.

    I did reply to the email that was sent to me about you needing access to my site and never heard back from you so I assume you never recieved it.

    Anyway I will keep you posted.
