    Hi Shawn,

There is no difference in the way both releases works (free or pro).

Try to enable the more snippets option by going to the plugin settings page, under the Technical Setting, enale the “More Snippets” option.

Let’s see it this sole the problem. You may need to give it some time though till Google re-index your blog.

P.S. The plugin validate in the rich snippets test tool, here ends it’s job. So, it’s up to Google to show the rating stars or not, the plugin has no control over Google.

Hi Hesham, i realized the stars show in the google rich snippets test tool, but not on the actual SERPS result.. any reasons for that or anybody encounter this?

meanwhile, i have “enable the more snippets” option.. will wait for the reindexing

    Hi Shawn,

I don’t really have explanation for the rating stars not showing on the search results, the plugin ends its job at the rich snippets test too, but do not have control search results.

Maybe enabling the “More snippets” could help. Let’s give it a few more days to see how if it will work.

Hi Hesham, if this plugin job “ends at the rich snippets”, what is the use for this plug-in then? its useless isn’t it?

you should work closely with google to see what the latest updates etc so as to bring more value for your plugin isn’t it?

Shawn, the whole idea of getting your review to show in search results is based on validating your page in the Google rich snippets test tool, so by doing this you are working closely with Google. (that’s what Google recommend). So, there is nothing more to do about it, really!
