We love the plugin. However, we will not be able to use it if we are unable to resolve the following two issues:
1) Size. In our theme, the review block is displayed very wide. This makes the featured photo also very wide, and tall. In fact, HUGE. Plus, it pushes our sidebar off of the page and breaks the theme. This does NOT happen in the WP Reviews plugin.
Q: How can we shrink the width of entire review (review block, image, slideshow, pros, cons, etc. to match the width of the WP Reviews plugin?…or even narrower? (like in the Twenty Fourteen theme)
2) Criteria Sliders in Comments. The sliders appear just fine in the WP Reviews plugin for all users. However, we cannot get them to appear for the Rich Snippets plugin at all, no matter what we do.
Q: Is there a different way to make criteria sliders appear in comments in this plugin vs. the WP Reviews plugin? …or is there something else different that might be causing this problem?
Thank you for your help!
Note: You may remove the other thread we opened yesterday in the WP Rich Snippets forum when we first encountered some of these problems. We have since refined our list of concerns down to the two points above.

1) The plugin use full image size and set the image display to full width, so it became responsive when displaying on other smaller devices. There is no way to make the image smaller, I recommend using high quality images and edit them in an image editor software or via the WordPress media uploader.
2) The criteria fields works only when choosing Aggregate type, other types do not include criteria for users (it only works for editor).

Thank You Hesham, but we still need help.
The Rich Snippets plugin is pushing our sidebar off the page. The WP Reviews plugin does not.
How can we adjust the width of the review box (and pros, cons, etc.) so that the Rich Snippets review displays the same as the WP Reviews plugin?
Is there code we can use to shrink the available space on the page so that the plugin will display properly (like the WP Reviews plugin does).

I don’t recommend this as the plugin has responsive layout, so any changes you made to the CSS could result to lose that functionality.
There will be filters to filter the whole Box and design it the way you want, just please give me sometime to finalize the code and release an update.

I have identified the problem, and I think it is a bug in the plugin.
If I use “aggregate” as the review type (with a photo), the plugin does not break our theme. Any other review type (with a photo) DOES break our theme and removes the sidebar.
I hope this can be fixed?

Interesting, thanks for the feedback.
I will check it out and get back to you as soon as I can.

Thank you Hesham.
If you need to see what happens on our site for all review types except aggregate (pushing the sidebar off the page), we can email you our site credentials (as the site isn’t public yet).
FYI, the WP Reviews plugin doesn’t appear to have this problem.
Thanks again for looking into this.

Well, I too have this problem glad to see someone else figure out switch to aggregate to fix sidebar issue. However, I need to be able to use the review rich snippets option as well.
Please update me on a fix Hesham.

Thank you Hesham.
We are still currently testing everything (including the various add-ons for this plugin), and we will get back to you with a full report once that is done.
So far though, it appears that all of the problems we documented above have been resolved.
Thanks again! 🙂
