    I just went back to an old post, which was a review, so I could add the info into the plugin. I did all of that, wrote the summary, picked the stars, etc. And then Updated the post. But after the post updated, the review plugin info was blank and there was no review info on the live post.

    the plugin has worked before. I have a couple of reviews on the site. But it’s been a few months since the last one. Is it possible that there was an update that I missed? I’m using Genesis. My site is http://www.homebrewaudio.com.

    Hi Ken,

    This is strange, because since I started to release updated, nothing has been changed in the way the plugin save its data ( I actually make sure not to change anything to keep old reviews working).

    I see you are using version 1.0.1.3, there is a new update 1.0.1.5 that I just released yesterday, also working on more updates for next week. I was waiting for next week to email all members about the changes.

    Please, download and upgrade to the latest version to have the new features. Then try again to save that post (don’t edit any other posts till you make sure it works on that specific post first).

    If you still have the same issue, maybe I should take a look by myself to see it in action (if you allow me, send me a temp admin login by email).

    It should show in your account, click on the “LOGIN” link on the top navigation, login and you should be able to download it.

    Deactivate the old version and delete the plugin, then install the new one, and activate it (you won’t lose any data in this process)

    Hi again Ken,

    It turned to be something related to WordPress Version 3.5.2 (I assume you are using it on your site), it’s fixed now.

    Please, download the plugin again within your account, deactivate and delete the old one, then install the new updated version.

    Let me know how it goes.
