Just wondering if the rating box that appears at the bottom of the blog post is needed for the data to appear in the search results properly. Seems to be redundant given that the rating box already appears at the top of the post. By selecting the checkbox under the Display tab within post editing, I can disable the rating box at the top but not the bottom. I prefer it only showing on top, so can this be done easily?
The Mini Rating Box is only used to increase conversion as it has a call to action. And no; it has no impact on markups, you can disable it within the plugin settings.
This can be found in the plugin settings > Display > “Show rating box below content?” check box.
