    I am having an issue with my current theme and the WP Reviews Plugin. Two issues that I see are:

    1. The stars are not correctly displaying within the review box. Parts of the star get cut off. In addition, the ability to add a review with the + sign next to user reviews is scrunched up on display.
    2. Comments section doesn’t work. Users are unable to add their own reviews in the format with the slider and adding stars. I previously used disqus comments and I disabled this. They can only add comments but nothing more.

    Please advise. Thank you.

    Hi James,

    I am not sure why this is happening, but there an extra style that is overriding the Box’s style. Maybe it’s caused by the Theme or maybe a plugin.

    1) Try adding this style to your Theme’s styles file:

    #ta_rating_square ul {
    	padding-left: 0 !important;
    	text-indent: 0 !important;

    If this didn’t work, then try switching to one of the default Themes to see if the issue doesn’t present. Then try disabling plugins one by one to discover which plugin could cause this.

    2) For the user rating to work, please try disabling the jQuery within the plugin settings, under the Mechanical tab.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you for your reply. Adding that snippet to my theme did do the trick. However, in regards to the user ratings I tried disabling the jQuery within the plugin settings, however it still did not allow users to add ratings. Please advise. Thank you.
