Once I installed and activated the plugin it pushed the sidebar to the bottom of the page… Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Jonathan,

    The WP Reviews plugin is using Bootstrap grid, and I see in your theme some Bootstrap grid styles (however, it’s not mobile responsive).

    The quick solution will be override the .span-16 style, this could be done by adding this line to the very end of your theme style file that is located at css/screen.css :
.span-16 {width:590px;}
Let me know how it goes.

    Thanks for the prompt reply; however, that did not quite fix it…..

    If you look at our homepage: http://www.bestwebhostinggeek.com/

    You can now see a gap to the left of the featured savings and bluehost image…. It is pushing those images into the right sidebar.

    Also, the review pages are still broken 🙁

    Also, I feel really dumb asking this because I must be looking over something easy.. But how do users add reviews?

    Try this code instead:
[class*=”span”] {margin-left: 0 !important;}
    .span-16 {width: 620px !important;}
Let me know how it goes.

    P.S. Consider switch to a better theme if possible.

    The user reviews is done via the WordPress default comments system, I think you close comments, it should be open.

    Please, take a quick look to the documentation page to know more about the plugin.

    Thanks! I am very impressed with the support here…

    This seemed to fix my homepage but for some reason review pages are still broken..

    I see, I will get you a fix for that when I get back to my office, I will be out for a few hours today.

    Also, you can create a temp admin account for me, send details by email if you want me to check it when I come back and do the necessary changes. (this probably will be much easier and faster for both of us)

    I try my best 🙂

    Thanks, I’ve enabled comments on your review , and now all is good.

    To enable comments on your other pages do the following (this is basic WordPress stuff):

    1- You will need to edit the review page or post, click on the Screen Options on the top right corner of your dashboard, then tick the Discussion check box.

    2- After that scroll down and you should see an option to Allow comments on that page, tick the check box and save the page.

    P.S. Try to think of using posts or even better custom post types, I think this will work better (than pages) for you in the future.
