My company offers services, which I would like to get rated by my clients.
I read the documentation but don’t know what I’m doing wrong.
Can you help me out?
For the record: I don’t want to review my own services ofcourse, I only want users to leave a review.
Hope to hear from you soon.

In your case, I recommend using the Customer Testimonials plugin.

To have access to the Customer Testimonials plugin, login to your account and click on the (Add/Renew Subscription) tab, choose the plugin, then use code “FREE” when check out.
You will be able then to download it within your account.

My questions are similar. I plan to let readers view the services of companies they have bought from in the past. Only readers will review so they it becomes a body of independent reviews. There will be a large number of companies reviewed (30 or more) and a small number of services (three or four).
Using a Twenty Thirteen theme I am having difficulty getting things to show up. Are there any known issues with Twenty Thirteen? Also, how do I get the “post_id” to insert into the shortcode for showing the ratings box?

With regards to nothing showing, the following is some more information:
Below the comment box the following appears: “You may use these HTML tags and attributes: <abbr title=””> <acronym title=””> <b>
<i> <q cite=""> <strike> ."
I tried unchecking the "show rating box below content" to see if this would move, but cannot remove the tick mark in this box. After saving the change and coming back to the page, the box is ticked again.
I look forward to your response.

Ignore the strike through, that is a result of the HTML tags and attributes I cut and paste into the post.

Dan, I see you are using a shortcode in the post editor, but there is no review details!
You will need to fill review details for every page, fill the review settings post meta box, then see if the review Rating Box show up, you don’t need to use a shortcode though.
