It’s been a week or so since the plugin has been installed and now that the site is being seen via my search term the results don’t look quite right.

    Is there something missing?

Google the search term “ubot studio review” and look for my site It appears that the Rich Text is not showing and neither is the stars.

Since the plugin added the correct Rich Snippets (as you can see your review in Google’s snippets test tool), it’s job has ended.

It’s totally up to Google to display rating stars on your site or not. Mainly it depends on:

    1) how fast Google re-index your site.
    2) whither you have hidden markups or not (which I see you don’t have)

There is nothing that I can do at this point Buddy, try to edit your review, and save it again, then give it some more time.

P.S. I see that your meta description is different than what shows in Google search right now, maybe Google haven’t re-indexed it yet.

You da Man! The very next day I saw what I was expecting!! It’s awesome. Great job on a great product!

I do have a question in regards to strategy.

I have a couple of domains in the same niche so I was wondering if you have seen positive results in your your plugin on different domains focused on one product. I would love to dominate this particular affiliate product since I have a better edge than other affiliate marketers in this same niche.

Finally, do videos help reviews within the rankings that you have seen?

Thanks again for your time and I won’t bother you any more.

    Glad to hear that 🙂

Alright, let me answer your questions…

    A) Regarding to domains and reviews:

    1) I’ve seen two reviews (on the same site and by the same author) ranked on the first page, one of them dropped with time.
    2) I’ve seen two reviews (on different domains, and by the same author) ranked on the first page, these can last longer on the first page.
    3) I’ve also see two reviews for the same product, on two different domain names, and by two different authors. This is the best way to go, you can rank them both and keep them there for really long time depends on competition.

Conclusion: You must provide unique content for your reviews, it’s NOT a good idea to review the same product over and over by yourself, try to change the focus or eve better; try to get someone else to do it for you on the same site, use details in your SEO title and description like (version, quality, support) these will change your keyword focus, and help you rank better.

    B) I have no idea about this one, but I think that videos are like any other contents, if you host them on YouTube and link to your review, then this can help your SEO or at least drive some extra visits to your review. The other way is to include it in the body of your review, and that’s what I don’t know about, I am not sure if Google will value your review based on a video in the content.

I hope this helps, and don’t worry (you are not bothering me at all)… Ask me what ever, I will try to answer if I can.

P.S. Open new thread if you have any other questions.
