I have these 2 errors shown in the google snippets test tool.

    Warning: Missing required field “updated”.
    Warning: Missing required hCard “author”.

    Anyone can help?

These are missing markups in your theme.

    This is my site: bit.ly/TNqFNU
Been trying to get around a fix.

Tried this but to no avail.
Anyone who knows how to resolve this will be greatly appreciated.

The only problem I see now comes from the author byline link:

    – Error: Author profile page redirects to another URL.
    – Error: Author profile page does not have an authorship link to a Google Profile.

This could be fixed if you add Google+ profile url instead of the “blog url” in your user profile. Better than that is to actually add authorship meta in the head of your site, another cool thing is to have an author page if it’s supported by your theme.

I would actually not want to have the Author’s avatar appearing in the SERP.
    So I excluded that settings.

Strangely, Im using google snippet test tool and here’s what I see for the pages:

    Extracted structured data
    hatom-feed
    hatom-entry:
    entry-title: **Page Title**
    entry-summary: **Page Descriptions**
    bookmark:
    name: **Page Title**
    rel: bookmark
    url: **Page URL**
    Warning: Missing required field “updated”.
    Warning: Missing required hCard “author”.

The missing updated and author field for the sub-pages are still there.

Oh, the sub pages, I see. This because you don’t provide the required info, anyways I won’t worry that much about this.

But, as I’ve told you before, this has to be done via the theme some how, so basically it’s not relevant to the plugin, I was just trying to help.
