1- I see you have the user rating and range sliders showing on your comment section.
2- You will need to update the reviews data manually after deleting reviews, also the same after a review comment got hold in moderation.

How to do this?

You will find it in the plugin settings page, under user rating settings.

Any update on the issue with rating sliders not being displayed in the comment form?

The user rating requires jQuery version 1.9.1, which conflicts with other scripts that is loaded by the Theme.
I’ve done only one change to try loading jQuery via the plugin, and stop your theme from loading it.
I’ve commented one line in the functions/common-scripts.php file:
//wp_enqueue_script( ‘tie-scripts’ );
So, now the user rating is working, however not sure if this will break any functionality in your theme, so please check, if things are good, then we are fine.
P.S. You can remove the “//” at the beginning of that line to load the script again via your theme.
So, it should be like:
wp_enqueue_script( ‘tie-scripts’ );
Let me know if all is good.
