Hi, I’m very new to this and am finding it extremely difficult to do something which I’m guessing should be relatively simple.
I’m trying to use the WP Rich Snippets plugin with the Divi theme but I have no idea how to do it as I can’t find any how-to guides anywhere.
Specifically the Page Editor section seems to work completely separately from the Rich Snippets section. And when I try and use them together on one page, the review ends up stretched and has no padding between it and the border.
Is there any way to integrate the rich snippets plugin within the page editor so I can modify the layout/styling along with the other content on the page?
The other issue I have is when I’m trying to use just the Rich Snippets section and it does look fine (in terms of the padding), but not all of the fields are showing. I’ve input data into all the fields but only the Name, Description, Ratings, Summary and Address are showing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We have an add-on that will help solving this with Divi, check out the Box Shortcode add-on.
Data only display when it is relevant to Rich Snippets type, so based on the Rich Snippets type you’ve selected, then plugin will display the required markup and display the relevant details.

I purchased the Box Shortcode, but am not sure where exactly to paste it? I’m unsure what it means by ‘editor page’?

Thanks Hesham, that worked. Just one little issue, now the review section is coming up twice – how can I stop this from happening?

Would you please provide a link to one of your reviews where I can see the issue?
