Hi, It’s been a few months since I tried setting this up. I need to update. What’s the best process for this? removed the old and uploaded the new, but everytime I try to activate, I get a gateway error. Please advise,
Follow these steps:
1- Within the plugins page, deactivate and delete the old plugin completely from your website.
2- Install and activate the new plugin, and you are done.
If the issue happened again, please submit a support tickets within your account and I will take a look.
