I am having trouble creating the user ratings. I would like to create a “blank canvas” for users to rate local businesses(I don’t want any editor reviews) I’m trying to create custom fields, have an aggregate total of all of the ratings displayed at the top, along with the most recent reviews towards the top. I was playing with the settings and was having trouble with the display.
I would also like the time, date, and possibly location to be an added feature(I’m not sure if all the reviews are time stamped or if it’s possible to add a location/venue icon.) Also, I am not seeing a “Would you recommend feature?” and was reaching out to see if that would be possible. I don’t need the product cost feature either. Any tips you could give me would be much appreciated.
I’m not sure if WP Reviews is the plugin I need or if the the WP Rich Snippets plugin would have the functionality I’m seeking. Thanks for you time and I look forward to your response!

The WP Reviews plugin has a general review markups, so it’s not specific to local business. Probably you should install the WP Rich Snippets plugin instead.
The WP Rich Snippets plugin has support for Local Business, and it also allow you to choose user only reviews.
It would be great if you can provide a link to one of your reviews so I can see the issue in display.

I’m actually trying to configure allowing people to rate local artists and link it to the venue they’re at. Hopefully, create pages for the artists and be able to link each review with what venue they had their work displayed at. You said WP Rich Snippets will work better for the qualities I’ve stated? I’ll give it a try after my midterms and send you more information if needed or create a support ticket.
Thanks for you time,

So, this page allows someone to enter review criteria. However, I’m having trouble making my existing review display(the tab is “disabled” and nothing happens when I click it…).
Here’s the domain/link to the review in question.

I just realized that my last post may have been a little unclear. In the link provided on the previous forum response, the total user review shows up(4.5/5 stars). I wanted to have people’s posts(their description, criteria ratings) to be displayed in a feed either below or on the right hand column. How do I make this happen?
Also, when I deactived the WP Reviews Plugin and then installed the WP Rich Snippets plugin, it changed some of the formatting on my page. It changed the color on some of my text(it turns white now when you hover over a menu icon) and condensed the menu tabs on the home page, causing the menu tab to wrap around to two rows. I have made a quick fix of making the text slightly smaller and taking off a couple menu items to make it look better. I also successfully made some other changes but I just realized that your website says that the WP Rich Snippets is in beta form still? Does this mean that it will continue to mess up formatting in the future?
Also, for the local business support, where is that located in the plugin settings? Maybe I’m not seeing it because I’m still seeing stars from my final exams haha!!
Thanks for your time!

The plugin still in beta, means we are testing it to make sure everything is working fine, it will go out of beta pretty soon only a couple of updates left, hopefully. We’ve fixed many bugs in the plugin, it really has nothing to do with breaking the layout or text font size issues you are having, these issues are simple CSS fixes that we suggest all the time for members.
I suggest you go through the plugin documentation, also feel free to submit a support ticket via your account so I can try fix the layout of your website.
