    Hi,
I have ticked the box “disable url/website” field but it still asks for it as you can see on the same review I had linked to in my email to you.

My second question is: What’s this setting for?
“Try to display rating stars on home page?”

I have looked into the documentation but I couldn’t find an explanation for it.
Last, where do I get the add on to have people submitting full reviews and upload images?

    THanks
    J

Mostly the disable url/website feature won’t work if the Theme you are using has a custom commenting form, or there is another plugin take control over comment filters.

P.S. When you can see in the description of any feature the word “Try”, this means the plugin will try but maybe it won’t work for all Themes.

The “Try to display rating stars on home page?” feature try to display rating stars on the home page by filtering the excerpts.

For the WP Reviews Submit add-on, you will need to purchase it individually within your account. To do so, you can click on the (Add/Renew Subscription) then purchase it.

    Hey Hesham,
I’m using Eleven 40 by Genesis, I don’t think it has a custom commenting form, but it still displays the url/website field. Am I missing something?

    thx

This feature is actually tested with Genesis. I also tested it with eleven40 Pro just now and it works for me!

Joe, I just checked your site and you are using a cache plugin, try to clear the cache!

I am using the old Eleven 40, not the PRO one. May be that the reason why it doesn’t work?

      I really don’t know.

But the nest way to make sure is to switch to one of the default themes that comes with WordPress to investigate whether it’s a theme issue or not.

I have just cleared the cache but it doesn’t seem to solve the problem. I will try on another Eleven 40 site I have and get back to you.
    Thank you
