When we fill in the form and save the post, none of the info we’ve entered is saved – when we return to the post our ratings, details etc are all gone. What should we do to fix this please? We have the Pro version.
Have you upgraded the plugin recently? Please make sure you have the latest version of the plugin.
Yes, and also tried disabling all other plugins, same behaviour. Am running it on our production site without issues.

I see that you are having version 126.96.36.199 installed, please download the latest version and upgrade the plugin.
Why doesn’t the plugin tell me there is a newer version available in the backend like most plugins do please?
What then is the procedure to update it without deleting the existing installation and wiping my settings/license?
This will be added in one of the coming releases. (however, there won’t be automatic updates, only the notification)
To update the plugin:
1- deactivate and delete the older version from the WordPress plugins page.
2- Install the new version and activate it, and you are done.
*No review date will be lost, also you won’t need to add your license API again after the upgrade.
