    Hello Hesham.

We are experiencing a problem (I think) with the latest version of the plugin (1.0.0b5).

When we create a new aggregate review, shouldn’t the criteria established by the author appear in the review block? (I thought that it did in the prior version?)

If not, how do we show the editor’s criteria percentage, AND allow users to rate each criteria (show the sliders when users post a review)?

    Thank you.

    Hi Paula,

The editor criteria do not display when you have an aggregate review. Only the user criteria shows under the reviews tab. see this example.

Thank you Hesham. I thought that the editor criteria displayed as well, but I wasn’t certain.

Displaying the editor criteria in addition to the user’s aggregate criteria would be very valuable. Many review sites allow for this distinction between editors and users and it would be beneficial (and logical) to include this as an option/feature in this plugin.

For example, if our site editors reviews a camera, we would want visitors to our site to see how well the camera fared for each criteria we have established based upon the review of the editors. Then visitors can compare aggregate user criteria data against those of the editors.

Can we please submit this as a feature request?

    Hesham,

Also, where can we locate documentation that details the differences between each review type?

We have gone over everything we have been able to find so far, and we haven’t run across a good explanation of the differences between rating, percentage, votes and aggregate (what gets displayed for each, etc.), in addition to the differences between a PRODUCT review, just a REVIEW, or the other options (organization, etc.).

Is there instruction available that might be able to fill in some of our knowledge gaps in this area?

Thanks! (…and again, we love the plugin!)

I will solve this as I am preparing a new documentation section for the plugin.

    Hesham,

I too think in aggregate reviews both criteria should display. I know you though this was a good idea too with the WP Reviews plugin I used for a long time ans still do. I like the tab idea in WP rich snippets and the functionality but I also like the comparison display like on your other plugin.

Can you take the best of both worlds and add that back in? While still having the tab feature as well? THANKS
